I think I found a rod to replace my broken rod. My funds are short, but I think I found one that's a step up at a good price. An Echo Solo 4 piece 5 weight rod and reel combo is what I'm looking at. DeleteHonestly, anything is a step up from my Cabela's Wind River rod and Three Forks plastic reel. Have you ever checked out The Fly Fishers in the Milwaukee area? It's one of the outfits on their website. I love that store!
